Chicago Marathon

In early October Gus ran the Chicago Marathon. Brandon, his good friend from Evansville also ran it. They both ran and raised money for the Finish MS Charity. The night before the race, we met up with Brandon and his wife Katie, and got to meet their newborn Harry. A lot of the family was able to make it up for the race. Max got to hang out with cousins Eli & Maddie on the streets of Chicago which was a lot of fun. It meant a lot to Gus to have them all there. While Gus was running, everyone enjoyed walking through the city, enjoying the views of the buildings and river. Afterwards we all had lunch in the park near the finish line.
